Rennes for sure is one of the favourites for this year, no doubt. They are playing very very smart football, have great players, specially attackers. Hadji, Ekoko, Pitriopa, Feret in one open formation 4-2-1-3 is a crazy squad. This team could win everyone, at the moment are in great form. Last night Monpellier lost the derby match against PSG so with win Rennes can go on the top of the ranking. They are still unbeatean at home, this guys have menaged only one win in the last 9 games and IMO we should finaly see win tonight. St.Etienne have problems in this game, some key players are missing: Alonso, Andreu, Perrin, Marchal and their best striker Sinama Pongolle. All this players are important for the first team and with their miss St.Etienne will have a lot of problems tonight. Here, at Route de Lorient Stadion, St.Etienne didn't score a gol more than six season. Most of the games Rennes won and get all three points. With a lot of missings I think that Rennes is closer to win this event and my pick here is going to the host.
